Athabasca River 2.

The tiny ice rimes on the slowly freezing river made an interesting foreground, with the rich morning light, coming from the side, giving texture. I love the near/far perspective the 24mm wide angle lens can give, and find it a great tool for my landscape photography. This is another of my images of the Athabasca River, Jasper National Park, Canada. The Canadian Rockies are home to some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere.
