Homer Sunset

I'd been taking photographs of bald eagles all day in Homer, Alaska, and having a blast. A lull in the action made me turn back towards to the horizon, and I saw this gorgeous sunset over Kachemak Bay. I grabbed a 24mm lens, my graduated neutral density filters, and ran down to the shoreline. I barely caught this image, and within a minute, the color in the sky was gone.

I'm constantly working towards furthering my stock lists, and improving my portfolio. These images are all of wild subjects, in their natural environment.
