Fireweed at Steamboat.

Another image taken from Steamboat Hills, Wrangell-St. Elias NP, Alaska. This little patch of fireweed glowed brightly in the afternoon sun. The colors here, of the green grasses, the magenta fireweed booms and the deep blue sky, caught my attention, and I tried to compose them in a pleasing arrangement.
