Lupine Tip.

I really wanted to shoot something different with this flower, and thought it might make an interesting image to shoot from directly above the tip of the bloom. This is the more common species of lupine found in Alaska, Arctic Lupine (Lupinus arcticus). I took this image near Iceberg Lake, Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, Alaska.
