Another shot of the buck known as "Dozer". Here, the light hadn't quite topped the distant ridges, but the scene, his majestic stature and his breath created a chance I couldn't pass up. Whitetail deer are exciting to photograph, because they are so unpredictable, and one never is quite sure what the shoot is going to produce. Great Smoky Mountains National Park, TN.
