Bull Moose.

I rarely run across moose in my backcountry travels, largly because they tend to inhabit the lower brushy regions, which aren't the best for backpacking and hiking. Finding this large bull moose in Denali was a stroke of luck, and I was glad to get some images. Bull moose in rut and cows with calves are probably 2 of the most dangerous, if not the most dangerous, animals in Alaska. This photo was taken in Denali National Park, Alaska.
