Pronghorn Antelope Running.
The Pronghorn Antelope of the North American prairie is one of the fleetest of all land mammals, and most certainly the single fastest mammal over a long distance. They may reach speeds of 60 miles an hour and maintain that speed for many, many miles. Fortunately, this one didn't run that far, and I was able keep up. Pronghorns typically live in the prairie life zone, eating mostly sagebrush and forbs. They have excellent vision, and with the low brush of their natural habitat they are able to see great distances to spot potential predators.
